I arrived at my office this morning, coming home from a conference where I delivered two workshops. I returned to an office full of boxes. They are waiting to be transported across the street for a temporary move—one that anticipates a more permanent move months down the road. (I am ignorant as to when and where.) I am also in the midst of creating a graduate-level course to start in September. So, this ill-timed move is adding to the other
regular work I do. Don’t get me wrong. I love my work. Love it. But there are times when there is simply too much on the go and not enough hours in the day. At times such as this, I rely on the wise words spoken by the actor Hugh Bonneville.
